I had another company come out and I went to pay but I called ProRooter instead and paid them on accident. Their customer service was amazing and caught it fast. Prices were very reasonable and great service.  I noticed the 1 star review is in relation to price.  A quick Google search shows that the average price for what that reviewer listed as being done is about $1800 and they paid only $1200 or so.  That is unfair review and I suggest people ignore it
